* Referral Fee is calculated on the total cost to build (materials & labor). Excludes builder’s fees and price of the lot. Referral Fee is paid to licensed real estate agents only. Real Estate agents who become our clients are not eligible for a Referral Fee for their own build.
Referral Fee will be paid at one of the following:
- Closing of the construction loan (lender financed), or
- The final draw (owner financed)
The builds can take from 9 months to 18 months. Construction timeframes vary based on size of the build, material accessibility, and weather.
