Jason Gyer is the owner of Dark Horse Homes, LLC in Eagle, ID and has over 27 years construction experience.

Jason started in the construction industry as a framer and has been promoted to Field Manager, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and Construction Manager. It is with that valuable experience he is now a Custom Home Builder.

He attended Boise State University where he studied Construction Management and is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of Idaho.

From the field side, Jason is a hands-on manager who ensures a build is completed to the highest standards and attention to detail. He is a native of Eagle, ID and is an expert in the local residential construction market.
